Police Protection Center Nankana Sahib set a high example of humanity, sick and abandoned senior citizen Dost Muhammad was brought to Welfare Organization and Shelter Home Sargodha.
According to the details, a citizen named Abdul Rasheed informed the Police Protection Center about 60-year-old Dost Muhammad. Abandoned senior citizen used to sleep on the side of the road with no clothes.
When the Police Protection Center team reached the spot, Dost Mohammad had a wound on his hand. Since the wound was old, there were worms, which required immediate treatment. The Police Protection Center team took Dost Muhammad to Faisalabad Allied Hospital, where after medical examination, his hand was operated by the surgical unit, after which the 60-year-old man was shifted to Star Welfare Organization and Shelter Home in Sargodha.
It will be possible to provide all residential and other facilities to Dost Muhammad in the shelter home.
Nankana police is busy searching for the heirs of 60-year-old Dost Muhammad.
DPO Saad Aziz says that the Police Protection Center is trying to help the weak, destitute and lower sections of the society.
